I read Scorpia by Anthony Horowitz. Scorpia is the 5th book in the Alex Rider series. In this book Alex goes to Italy after learning some dark secrets about his father who died when he was only 4 months old. There he is recruited by a huge terrorist group called Scorpia. What he finds out about his father will change him. But was his father really the man that Mrs. Rotham, head of Scorpia, says he was. Alex knows that Scorpia is planning something big and horrible. Will he be able to stop them before its to late for thousands of people including him? Read the book and find out.
I liked this book as much as I liked all the other books but I feel like the books are a little to predictable. You don't know exactly whats going to happen but you know that somehow Alex is always going to save the day. I know that that is the point of the books but I wish there was something more to them. Besides that i really liked it. Even though they can be predictable it is still interesting to see what Alex will do next. KIC (7)
