SUMMARY: Darren and Mr. Crepsley journey to vampire mountain which is a place where vampires live. The journey takes up most of the book. When they get there Mr.Crepsley is in trouble because he made Darren a vampire. Then they go to a hearing and the vampire princes decide Darren must prove he worthy of being a vampire by taking the trials of death.
WHAT I THOUGHT ABOUT THIS BOOK: This book was ok. It was a little slow and the journey took up most of it. There were some cool parts and I am looking forward to the next one. I would recommend this book to kids who love vampires.T.P.L(5)
